Privredna Banka Beograd AD ( PBB BANKA ) is a bank with an almost four decade old business tradition in the financial market of the former Yugoslavia. The shareholders of the bank are the Republic of Serbia, local companies and entrepreneurs, but increasingly foreign investors too (over 17.25%), who significantly participate in the the Bank's shares trade on the BSE. Individuals participate in the equity with over 12.25%.  The Bank is a member of the Republic of Serbia Central Securities Registry. The dominant bank products are loans, guarantees, deposits at sight and short-term deposits, as well as payment services with foreign countries. PBB BANK is successfully developing its activities in all directions: work in economy, with the population, small and medium companies and entrepreneurs.
