“Biser” restaurant has an over thirty year old tradition. Older citizens of Niš remember it as one of the first „get-together“ places. It is situated in the city centre exactly opposite the city municipality. Pleasant ambience with wooden interior decoration and exquisite local specialties make it a favourite of the citizens of Niš no matter the age, but the visitors are not indifferent to it either.
